  • Orders ship from the Northeast United States within 48 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order has shipped. Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours of shipment depending on the carrier.

  • Yes, but contact us as soon as possible, as once an order ships, changes are no longer possible.

  • We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. A 25% restocking fee is applied and the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. All returns must be in the original boxes and in the condition in which they were received. It is imperative that the return boxes are packaged well; these items are fragile. We will not be able to issue credits for any items returned broken.

    Please note: Samples and sale items are not returnable, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not charge you until your item ships and you will receive an email within 2 hours of the time you place an order if your item is unavailable at the time of order.
